Concepts 9/24/2008 The concept is that much like the friendships portrayed, the concrete was poured years ago and has not been maintained — exposed rebar has rusted, the faces have exfoliated and chipped, and one monolith has fractured and the top has slipped. The bar will also be a concrete block. The stools will be minimalist, more perch than seat.
